Reservations: We recommend scheduling your reservation by calling 978-658-2525 or online at www.hairxtremesalon.com Walkins are welcome subject to availability. We require a credit card on file for reservations.

Gratuities: We do not accept gratuities on credit card. Cash or a check written to the individual stylist are accepted

Cancellations: Hair Xtreme will send a text/email confirmation 48 hours prior to your reservation. We require 24 hours for all cancellations. If reservations are canceled within 24 hours a fee of 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

Please call the salon 978-658-2525, email the salon [email protected] to cancel. If we are closed a voicemail is accepted for cancellations.

No call/no show: A fee of 100% of your scheduled service will be charged for no call/no show reservations. Please call the salon 978-658-2525 at least 24 prior to cancel your reservation. Emails at [email protected] or voicemails prior to 24 hours are also accepted for cancellations.

Revisions: We value our clients and strive for excellence. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason please call within 2 weeks of your original service for any revisions to be made at no cost to you. Revisions will be scheduled with the original stylist.
